We try very hard not to show silly or confusing jargon here!

Straight forward and to the point, I won’t confuse you with jargon such as “strategic communications services” or “advanced blogging functionalities” but I’ll try and explain everything clearly as we go along with explanations for each package offered.

Each design package is Ideal for new start ups or existing small businesses looking to build a strong online presence without spending a fortune!

Starting with a small consultation to find out your needs or special requirements and target audience, we can then provide a timescale for your project using modern state of the art software for fast development.

Each package typically includes website design and creation, website hosting, domain name, illustrative photography where appropriate, website maintenance, full backups, search engine optimisation (Google, Bing and others) with initial support.

The resultant project and copyright of the specific content is handed over to you when you have viewed and approved it!

Just so that you know, often I carry out complex and technical work that others shy away from, such as interfacing eCommerce stores with mainstream banking organisations for card transactions!

Our Landing Page Package Notes

This landing page package is Ideal for new start ups or existing small businesses looking to build an online presence with information that doesn’t change on a regular basis without spending a fortune!

The single page consists of:

Front or landing page containing a ontact form (shown as a pop-up), about area with a location map, GDPR preferences and a privacy/terms and conditions area - all are search engine optimised with targeted keywords and include a secure certificate (SSL padlock).

An email address (up to 5 off) is also setup for you based on your domain name . 1 years maintenance is also included.

We can reform any text that you feel able to suggest/send to us or can write it cleanly from scratch based on your requirements and our initial discussions.

We also offer in this package a maximum of 5 photo’s (to be chosen by you) from a portfolio of 12 taken at your place of business or of you’re choosing. You can also provide your own images in either .PNG (preferred) or .JPG

Matamo or Google analytics can be embedded in the site pages and can be accessed separately to check the site performance, visitor numbers and other helpful information!

SEO - Search Engine Optimisation is also included in this basic package to make sure that the major search engines can find and index you placing you high in the rankings when users are searching the internet!

Our E-Commerce Package Notes

This design package is Ideal for new start ups or existing small businesses looking to build a strong online presence with information that may change on a regular basis without spending a fortune!

Includes All Of Our Startup Package - plus
Includes all of the Startup Package elements listed above (some elements are improved on) but with the addition of an e-commerce store front for 10 products (enough for most small business’) that you are able to add/delete/edit and gain marketing reports from for yourself. If you need more than 10 products then the option is available for a small monthly fee from the storefront provider and is typically just under £20 ex VAT per month. Bear in mind that the store front provider also handles all Paypal/Credit/Debit card payments for your products and if you upgrade to more products in your catalogue you also get more tools for your business. 10 products is often more than enough for some small business’ so there are many options for you without spending more than the package cost! By the way one page is enough for your sales catalogue as the e-commerce provider also handles multi pages on the same web page for you! Neat huh! Oh yes - a product can also be a Service rather than a tangible item or even a donation.

Before you ask; the primary e-commerce storefront Provider is ECWID - click to go have a look, I’m up-front about everything I do! It’s not as complicated as it looks at first sight as I also offer basic training to help you get started!
We also use Woocommerce to provide a store front within a Wordpress based site - see below!

By the way, we offer these packages in either Wordpress or HTML versions

Wordpress - a free and open source Content Management System that you can update yourself online - you may need some training or of course we can do the updates for you (maybe with a small monthly contract if you need many regular updates). When completed the copyright of the project passes to you. If this all sounds complicated just email me and I’ll try to make it clearer!

The HTML version is created in an application known as Sitely where I do the update for you (maybe with a small monthly contract if you need lots of updates) or you can purchase the Sitely software and do the updates yourself as I can pass the project file and full copyright to you!

Quite important - we do have a few terms and conditions such as if you would like to go ahead after our initial discussion/prposal then a deposit of 50% is required and the balance payable on successfull completion of the whole project.
